4. d. We shall NOT be held liable for any damages or data loss caused by or arising out of a 3rd party using your UGC.

6. Copyright Infringement Claims

• a. If you have contact us as part of a copyright infringement claim, you agree to all of the Terms and Conditions described in this document
• b. If you have a copyright infringement claim, you may NOT sue any one of us without first discussing your claim with Minerva Services AND giving us sufficient time to remove the content that infringes upon a copyright you hold
• c. You may not sue us as a whole unless we have infringed upon a copyright you hold.

7. Termination

• a. Failure to comply with any of the above terms of service will result in immediate termination of the rights described in sections 3a, 3b, and 3c as well as serious legal action against you and any 3rd party that violated our terms of service.
